- NATURAL GAS GENERATOR SET
Baifa natural gas generator set is a new type of generator set developed to meet the world environmental protection requirements and the new market environment. It has the advantages of high reliability in startup and operation, good power generation quality, light weight, small size, simple maintenance, and low low-frequency noise. It can not only improve economic efficiency, reduce use cost, but also effectively control and reduce environmental pollution.
Baifa gas generator set makes full use of various natural gas or other combustible gas as fuel instead of diesel. It is a new type of green and environmentally friendly power. It has the advantages of safe and convenient operation, high cost efficiency, low emission and pollution, and is suitable for combined electricity and heat.
Baifa gas generator sets can be designed according to different customer needs. After mature research and development and strict inspection, they can meet the different needs of each customer. Product standards ISO3046, ISO4001, ISO8525, IEC34-1, GB1105, GB/T2820, CSH22-2, VDE 0530 & YD/T 502-2000 (technical requirements for communication-specific gas-fired generator sets). The product has the following characteristics:
1. Gas engine
Advanced and certified gas engine optimized for natural gas applications. The design of the combustion chamber ensures efficient performance.
2. Generator
Specified by the manufacturer for engine optimization, the generator ensures high reliability and efficiency.
3. Ignition system
The single cylinder ignition system is dedicated to efficient operation of the entire engine, even under varying methane levels. Ignition voltage display, providing customers with status information of spark plugs.
4. Mixed gas cooler
Two-stage cooler with high surface area improves engine performance and heat utilization

- Q1: Warranty period? A: 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
- Q2: Global warranty? A: Because the OEM authorization, the engine of our gensets like CUMMINS, VOLVO, MTU, PERKINS etc. and the alternator of our gensets like Stamford, LEROY-SOMER, marathon enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the after-sales service. While encountering severe after-sales problems, we will send after-sales engineers to handle.
- Q3: Payment terms? A: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight. Based on some special project and special order, we can do something on payment item.
- Q4: Delivery time? A: Normally 45 days. When it comes to special engine and alternator, the delivery time may be longer.
