S11 SERIES OIL TYPE TRANSFORMER

■ Rated power: 200-3150kVA, Voltage: 6kV(6.3kV, 6.6kV, 6.9kV)、10kV(10.5kV, 11kV)、20kV(20kV, 21kV, 22kV, 24kV).

■ The transformer is a transformer whose interior is isolated from the air surrounding, so the transformer oil can not absorb the outer moisture and the oxygen since the change of transformer's volume could be fixed with the flexibility of corrugated tank structure. Then the aging speed of insulated material will be decreased. Before running the machine, the work of core suspension checkup is not necessary. Clients could also be free from the later maintenance and reparation. The reliability of products is visibly upgraded. Products is designed with PCCAD, the characters are conformed to IEC 60076 and GB 1094, and passed qualification ISO 9001.

■ The coil is with high-intensity enameled wires (or paper wrapped wired). Bucket form or cake form, evenly coiled and installed. Its insulation structure is reasonable, and it has strong anti-shortcut capacity. All the screws will not become loose after long journey. All sealed parts use rubber, which could effectively anti-aging by heat, light and electricity, also emote controlled thermometer and pressure release valves which increase the reliability.

■ No devices like oil tank, and humidity absorber could assure the oil to be insulated from air and the oil could be used for 20 years consecutively without any treatment later.

SCB10 SERIES DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

■ Rated power: 200-3150kVA, Voltage: 6kV(6.3kV, 6.6kV, 6.9kV), 10kV(10.5kV, 11kV), 20kV(20kV, 21kV, 22kV, 24kV).

■ High voltage coils are wrapped with Polyester enameled wires, filled with glass fiber, and then resin under vacuum condition. It becomes solid under high temperature. It is with high mechanical intensity, low discharge partly; Low voltage coils are wrapped with a whole piece of copper foil, with strong anti-shortcut capacity. The core is made of silicon steel. By reasonable choosing magnetic density, decrease the empty loading loss effectively.
