A COMPREHENSIVE training for distirbutor on 2*2MW HVS units FAT

In May, Baifa is very honored to receive a team of distributor from overseas Baifa to provide a 10-day full set of installation guidance and after-sales training for its 2 sets of 2MW high voltage generator sets for copper mine which are used in high temperature in summer and freeze in winter, with constant sandy and dusty all year round, which includes installation of the system exhaust and cooling system, installation of electrical system, pre-delivery inspection of the sets, introduction and maintenance of the engine and the generator, generator introduction and maintenance and so on.

In the process of in-depth study and inspection, our overseas agent team's familiarity with Baifa units was further enhanced, and the bond between each other was more unbreakable. Finally, the training was successfully completed, and every agent partner received a certificate of honor issued by Baifa, laying a solid reserve of ability and experience for the startup of this complex mine 4MW high-voltage project site.

The BF-M2750HVS serves as a 40-foot Bafa containerized RS+ model genset. It has some unique features.

With CSC certificate, the whole set can be directly shipped as a standard container, which greatly reduces the cost.

Explosion-proof lamps are provided inside the container as well as the control panel, which is convenient for users to operate and maintain.

There is a ladder outside the box, and the front and back doors can be opened, humanized service and users.

Container internal arrangement of high-performance aging-resistant flame retardant thermal insulation materials and sound-absorbing materials, can reach 85 dB within 1 meter of the sound insulation performance.

Its own protection grade reaches IP55, which can effectively prevent the damage of climate interference to the unit.

Equipped with VSD, the fan performance is controlled automatically with the change of temperature inside the machine, which can achieve lower power consumption and ensure the stability of the heat dissipation system.

Fuel tank and piping, oil discharge, silencers, etc. have been comprehensively screened and improved by Baifa for various types on the market, with many unique design features.

It is also because of Baifa's excellence in all aspects, to be favored by users, to achieve the effect that the product will speak for itself.
