In factory workshop, the curtain falls, a Stamford S6 generator with an 800,000th special logo on its fuselage appeared in the scene, CGTC’s global sales director Mr.Scott d. Strudwick and China regional sales Mr.Charles presents the Stamford S6 generator with Baifa as this milestone unit of Stamford. Over the past 20+ years, China OEMs like Baifa has effort has spent significantly time with Stamford, and now support to promote new S series Stamford either in business and technical improvement of each other.
Baifa Power CEO, Mr. Jordan Zhang, delivered a speech at the conference. He said that it is of great significance to witness the milestone of CGTC factory. It marks that Cummins Wuxi Xiangjiang factory has already possessed the production capacity of Stamford brand full series products, and plays an increasingly important role in the global production capacity layout of Cummins Generator Technology. Not only that, as the leader in the global generator industry, the increase of each number is a strong proof of the development of China's generator industry.
Cummins' Stamford generator was officially put into operation in China in November 1997. Baifa Power established OEM partnership with it soon after and it continues to this day.
